What are your business hours?
We are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Can I collect my order instead of it being delivered?
If you wish to collect your order simply inform a member of our sales team who will advise you when your product is ready for collection.
Can I place an order if I live outside the UK?
No, we do not accept orders outside of the UK as we can not guarantee the same high levels of service as we do for orders within the UK.
Can I visit you to view the products I am interested in?
We have a number of products to view at our demonstration facility. If you would like to book a demonstration for a specific product please call a member of our sales team on 01482 229999 or e-mail.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes we accept Visa and MasterCard.
Do you offer a computer support service?
Yes we have a number of support and service contracts available. Click here to be taken directly to our service and support section on our site.
How do I let you know if I am unhappy with any aspect of my transaction with your company?
We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service levels. Please e-mail your comments to us.
How do I place an order?
There are two ways in which you can place your order. We can open an account for you. Once the order has been placed you will receive an invoice which you will have 30 days to pay. The second option is to pay via credit or debit card. For both options you can call, email or fax your orders through to us.
I can not find what I need on your website?
We have access to thousands of products. Our range is constantly evolving to reflect the development in technology. Please call if you require a product not listed on our site.
